As a special offer, when you register by January 15, 2025, you’ll receive a refund of your registration fee, applied directly toward your last month’s tuition for the 2025-26 school year (May tuition, due in August). Current Maple and Oak students are eligible for this offer through March 31, 2025.

Terms and Conditions for Registration Fee Refund Offer:

Eligibility: 

• New and returning students registering for the 2025-2026 school year by January 15, 2025, are eligible for a refund of their registration fee, applied toward the last month’s tuition (May 2026, due in August 2025). 

• Current students in the Oaks and Maple classes have an extended eligibility period and may qualify for the refund if they register by March 31, 2025. 

Application of Refund: 

• The registration fee refund will be automatically applied as a credit toward the last month’s tuition for the 2025-2026 school year. 

• No cash refunds are available; the refund is only applicable as a tuition credit. 

Non-Transferable: 

• This offer applies only to the student registered and cannot be transferred to another child or to a later academic year. 

Offer Validity: 

• The offer is valid only for registrations completed by the specified dates. Any registrations received after these dates will not qualify for the registration fee refund. 

School Admission Requirements: 

• Admission to the 2025-2026 school year is contingent upon meeting all enrollment requirements and submission of all necessary documentation by the registration deadline. 

Limitations: 

• This offer cannot be combined with other tuition discounts or promotions. 

Changes and Modifications: 

• The school reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
